Simply Rooted Morning Routine Guide
Rooted in faith. Nourished in body. Focused in mind.
1. Devotion & Quiet Time (10–15 minutes)
Start your morning in stillness with the Lord.
Read a passage from your Bible or devotional (ex: Proverbs, Psalms, or the Gospels)
Journal your thoughts, prayers, or gratitude
Reflect on a verse that stands out
Example verse:
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” – Matthew 6:33
🕯 Optional: Light a candle, sip herbal tea, or sit outside in nature for a peaceful setting.
2. Stretch & Move Your Body (10–20 minutes)
Honor your body with gentle movement.
Try light stretching, yoga, walking, or breathwork
Play instrumental worship or nature sounds
Focus on being present and thanking God for your body
3. Hydrate & Nourish (15 minutes)
Fuel your body with something clean and energizing.
Start with warm lemon water or ginger tea
Prepare a nourishing breakfast (like oats, smoothie, or eggs + greens)
Consider an anti-inflammatory shot (ex: turmeric + honey + ACV + cayenne)
