“Wellness Begins at the Root”
At Simply Rooted WI, we believe that real wellness doesn’t start with the latest trend—it starts at the root. And for us, that root is faith.
Too often, wellness gets reduced to external goals—what we eat, how we move, or what supplements we take. While those things are important, we believe lasting wellness comes from within. It’s spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental.
When we root our identity in Christ, everything else begins to shift. We’re no longer chasing health for validation or control—we’re pursuing it as a way to steward what God has given us.
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him...” – Colossians 2:6-7
Wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment. It’s about getting honest with ourselves, seeking God daily, and caring for our bodies out of reverence, not pressure.
Here are a few simple ways to get rooted this week:
Spend 10 quiet minutes in scripture or prayer each morning
Hydrate well and nourish your body with whole foods
Take a walk outside and breathe deeply—He meets us in stillness
Speak life over yourself (your words matter!)
