Drink

Golden Ginger Tonic

1 cup warm (not boiling) water

  1. ½ tsp ground turmeric (or fresh grated)

  2. ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

  3. Juice of ½ lemon

  4. Pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption!)

  5. 1 tsp raw honey (optional for sweetness)

  6. Dash of cinnamon (extra anti-inflammatory power)

Salmon and sweet potato salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sweet potato, cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt, black pepper, paprika

  • 1 wild-caught salmon fillet (grilled, baked, or pan-seared)

  • 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, kale, romaine — your fav combo)

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds or walnuts

  • Optional: feta cheese or goat cheese

🥄 Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Salt & pepper to taste
